I'm a lawyer, a mum of five, and the founder of Family First Estate Planning. I live and work from our family farm in Northern NSW, helping families across Australia get their estate plans sorted: clearly, calmly, strategically and without the overwhelm.
With almost two decades of experience across family law and estate planning, I founded Family First to offer high-quality, human-centred advice with fixed-fee packages, Zoom-based flexibility, and genuine care.

Do I need to know what I want before I book?
Not at all. That’s what the Planning Session is for. We’ll guide you through your options and explain everything clearly before you commit. If you choose not to proceed, the session is charged at $330.
Can this be done online?
Yes. We work with clients all across Australia via Zoom. You'll receive your documents digitally, or by post if you prefer.
Do you only work with families?
No. We work with individuals, couples, carers, and those without children. If you care about what happens to your people, assets, or legacy, we're here for you.
